Logistics of work
The operator takes pre-welded parts from the welding device and inserts new parts for preparation, while at the same time the robot welds on the other side of H-table.
When the operator inserts new parts in the welding device on the positioner, he exits the cell and presses the button for confirmation (thus the light barrier for preventing entrance in the RVC is established).
When the robot finishes with the welding on the other side of H-table and if all the required conditions for an exchange are met, the table is turned and the procedure is repeated.
The arrangement of the workplace on the operator’s side is very important.
